By approving these Terms and Conditions and sending your order, you as a customer enter into a binding agreement with MI.NO. Access to and use of the site and the products and services available through the site are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions. The date of the latest update is found in the final section of the Terms and Conditions.

MI.NO sells products for adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you are under 18, you may use our services only with involvement of a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.
Product & Service Description
MI.NO attempts to be as accurate as possible. Any products on the web shop are presented in a true-to-life manner to a large extent. Due to different settings or performances of screens or printers, the illustration can differ from the real appearance. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any www.minoshoes.com service is complete, current, or error-free. If a product offered by us itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. All sizes in MI.NO agree with the particular brand. However, if an item is the wrong size, you may exchange for a different size in the same item. MI.NO makes reservations for any delivery deviations in those cases where the stock balance has been incorrect at the time of your order. As the stock is shared with that of the shop, we might not always be able to keep our web shop updated with regards to size availability. This is particularly frequent during sale as the stock turnover is much higher. In the event that ordered goods are not available at present, any amounts credited in advance will be refunded immediately. When placing an order it is important that you provide us with your email address and cell phone number. This way we can reach you easily if needed.
Promotions & Discount Codes
All campaigns with reduced price are limited in time. Multiple offers can normally not be combined. A discount code or voucher is only valid once per customer and purchase. In case of obvious misuse of offers, such as coupons and promotion codes, we reserve the right to cancel the order in question.
VAT & Non-EU Customs
Sales tax (VAT 24%) will only be charged on orders shipped to EU countries. No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders shipped within the EU. If you ship outside EU, VAT will automatically be deducted when you choose your country at the payment checkout and no VAT is charged. Please visit our delivery information for more info.
The prices displayed on the web shop are those that apply at the time of purchase. The prices may be subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders which we have accepted. We endeavour to avoid information errors, but please note that pricing errors, spelling errors and other errors or mistakes can occur from time to time. If the correct price is less than our stated price, the lesser amount will be charged to you. If the correct price is higher than the price stated on our web shop, we will attempt to contact you. If we are unable to contact you, we will reject your offer and notify you by e-mail.
All displayed prices are quoted in the currency that refers to your country. If you want to change the currency, please use the country selector in the top of the site. Please note that changing the country of delivery in the check out may have an influence on the price, the delivery costs and available payment methods. Please note that we display prices in over 60 currencies, however, we only accept payments in the following 11 currencies:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal, as well as various local debit cards. The total amount (price of order + shipping) will be withdrawn from your account when the order is completed and approved.
We co-operate with an authorized payment service provider Adyen B.V. who processes your personal details in accordance with the international security standard PCI DSS, developed by international credit card companies such as VISA, MasterCard and Diners. All transactions will be sent through SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) in encrypted form and all card details and payment information will be protected and processed with a high level of security.
Payment always takes place in the online billing server of your bank or on the credit card server. We therefore receive no information regarding payment such as credit card numbers, bank account details etc. By placing your order, you authorize us to transmit your information to our payment service provider you have chosen to process and facilitate the payment, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, and to protect you and us from fraud.
We always aim at delivering your order as soon as possible. Normally orders of items in stock ship within 1-2 business days from order confirmation. An order that has been submitted on a Finnish public holiday will be processed the next working day following the public holiday.
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the items which you ordered have been dispatched to you.
All orders are traceable and insured during time in transit until delivered to you, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. Shipments will be carried through our preferred shipping partners, which vary depending on delivery destination and speed of delivery. Shipping times are estimates only and vary depending on the shipping destination. For more information on deliveries, please refer to our delivery information. For security reasons, we shall not process any order for which an incomplete delivery address has been provided, nor will we accept orders with a PO Box delivery address.
If you have received incorrect products, wrong delivery or you discover any damage to the package before you open it, please contact us immediately by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. Always save the original packaging and photograph the product in the event of damage, which has not been noticed by the distribution center or driver upon handover.
Modifying Your Order
Once you have submitted your order, we have limited ability to make modifications. Please contact us via email email@example.com by phone +358 (0)20 7346 733 as soon as possible with any requests as we are unable to make modifications or cancellations after we have started the shipment process.
Rejected and undelivered packages are returned to minoshoes.com. If we don't hear from you again, we reserve the right to debit you a charge to cover our cost for return freight and administration. You are also responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that may incur.
If your order consists of several items we reserve the right to split the delivery. In the event of split delivery, you will receive tracking for each parcel. You will not be charged for any additional delivery costs.
In case of Force Majeure, the contract between you and MI.NO can, in such cases, be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by us. A Force Majeure is in the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. Under such circumstances, we will attempt to resolve all issues in a timely manner.
Right of Withdrawal & Returns
We offer you a “no questions asked” 14-day right-of-withdrawal from your purchase, calculated from the date you receive the goods. If you wish to make such a return please follow our return /exchanges instructions. Items shall be returned in a new and unused condition, with all labels and tags intact and in the original packaging. Shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface and must be returned in their original shoebox, which should be handled with care since we regard the box as a part of the product. Used, modified, or damaged items will not be accepted.
As soon as we have received the returned items, and have been able to confirm that the requirements above are met, we will refund your payment. We are unable to refund any import tax/duty that your order may have incurred for returned items. Please be advised that any exchanges may require additional tax / duty for import to delivery destinations outside the EU. *Also, please note that items marked at -50% and above are strictly final sale items and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
When using our return service, you will be refunded in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our store. We will issue a full refund including the original shipping cost – except when DHL Express shipping has been used. The following return shipping fees will not be refunded:
Finland, Sweden, Denmark – 10€
Other EU countries – 20€
Rest of the World – 35€
The amount of time this takes will depend on which bank or card issuer you have. Unfortunately this delay is outside of our control. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. In the event that we are unable to refund your credit card we will contact you to arrange an alternative means of refunding your order.
Part of the services mediated through the site are maintained by outside organizations. In situations where MI.NO acts as agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities. We cannot be held responsible for any damaged caused from using the site or, for that matter, not being able to use the site. MI.NO cannot guarantee problem-free, uninterrupted, and secure access to the site.
