Returns / Exchanges

RETURNS & RETURN SHIPPING FEE has a 14-day return policy – any unwanted items must be shipped/postmarked within 14 days of receipt. When using our return service, you will be refunded in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our store. Refunds are issued once merchandise has undergone a quality control check and will be issued in original form of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable. The return shipping fee is: 5€ for Finland, 17€ for Europe and 27€ outside EU. Please note customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through us; however, you may contact your local customs bureau directly in an effort to recover these fees.

All returned items must be new and unused, with all labels and tags intact and in the original packaging. Shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface and must be returned in their original shoebox, which should be handled with care since we regard the box as a part of the product. Used, modified, or damaged items will not be accepted. *Items marked at -50% and above are strictly final sale items and cannot be refunded or exchanged.


If you want to exchange for another size, you will need to return the product and place a new order through our web shop. Please email your size request as soon as possible to or phone +358 (0)20 7346 733, and if we have it in stock, we are happy to reserve it for you.


Step 1 – Request a Returns label

You can request a Returns Label by contacting us by email Let us know the items you wish to return so that our Customer Services can email you a pre-paid returns label and any other instructions you may need. Please allow us 24 hours to process your return.

Step 2 – Print out your Returns label

Place the item(s) in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box. Close the box and tape it securely. Hand over the pre-paid DHL return document to a DHL courier upon the pick up. In a case of Postnord (domestic) returns, place the pre-paid Postnord shipping label on the box over the prior delivery information.

Step 3 – Post your parcel

DHL will contact you to agree on easy pick-up from your home or office. Hand over the return package to a DHL courier along with the printed return label. In a case of Postnord (domestic) returns, leave your parcel at your nearest Postnord service point, preferably the same one as where you collected your order. Please note that a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund when using our return service.


    Once we have received your items you will receive a confirmation email. A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note, the refund will not be paid before we have received the items at our warehouse. If the items are not received in their original packaging and in the same condition as you received it a deduction can be made in your refund similar to the decrease of the value of the items. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any customs/import duties which you may have paid. However, you may be able to recover customs duties by contacting your local customs bureau directly.


    You can also return or exchange online orders at our store in Galleria Esplanad, Kluuvikatu 4, Helsinki. Simply bring your items and a copy of the original invoice/order confirmation to our store.

    These Terms and Condition shall be goverened by the Finnish Law.
