At www.minimalnordic.com, hereinafter referred to as “MI.NO”, “we”, "our", "us", “the web shop”, “the site”, we recognize that privacy is an important issue.  By accessing or using the site on any computer, mobile phone, tablet or other device, you consent to our Privacy Policy. We may modify the Policy at any time effective upon its posting. Your use of the site constitutes your acceptance to this Privacy Policy and any updates. 

We may collect two types of information about you during your visit. Personally identifiable information, such as your name, physical address, telephone number and email address, as well as non-personally identifiable information, such as browsing patterns, geographic location and demographic information and information regarding potential and actual purchases and sales. This information is secured within our systems and not shared with third parties.

We use non-personally identifiable information (Cookies, IP Addresses and Click-stream Data) to help diagnose problems with our server, to administer our web shop, to measure the use of our site, to provide you with information regarding products and services we believe you may be interested in, and to improve the content of our site. The personally-identifiable information we collect is very basic and is needed to provide the services you have requested. By creating an account with our site you allow us to maintain your information on your personal account so that you do not have to re-enter the information each time you make a purchase. We rely on our customers to notify us of any changes in personal information. Should inaccurate information come to our attention, we will investigate and correct the information and, if necessary, advise you of the change. Upon your request, we will tell you which personal data about you we are processing and for what purpose(s) and you may request that your personal data is corrected or removed. Only those staff members who need your personal information in order to respond to your requests are given access to it. All information stored in our computer system is protected from unauthorized access and information that is stored in document form is kept in secure locations to prevent access by unauthorized persons. We will not sell your personal data to any third party for such third party’s marketing campaigns or for any unsolicited marketing unrelated to your purchase(s) at the web shop.

We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. We do not sell products for purchase by children and all children's products we sell are for purchase by adults only.

We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. All our pages where you as a customer submit personal data in connection with purchases are so-called secure pages (encrypted transfer). In order to make every effort to ensure that your experience at our site is secure, we use encryption technology to protect you against the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information. When you access your account or check out, a secure server encrypts all of your information through the use of Secure Socket Layers (SSLs). We co-operate with Adyen B.V. for the acceptance card and bank transfer payments. All payment providers offer 3-D Secure technology (Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode) and use strict antifraud tools and identity verification mechanisms that meet PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) standards. Every transaction is secured with SSL and all data is encrypted. We know it is very important to protect the information you share with us and we take appropriate security measures to help safeguard this information from unauthorized access and disclosure.  Unfortunately, no data can be guaranteed to be completely secure, including information you provide to the site.  We will not be responsible for any unauthorized access to your personally identifiable information.
